# Contact support

> How to reach the SCUBAzen team: send feedback from inside the app, or email us if you can't sign in.

To reach us, open **settings**, tap **help & feedback**, then **send feedback**. Your report arrives with your app version and phone system attached, and we reply to the email address you sign in with. If you can't sign in, email us instead.

## From inside the app

    Open the menu on home, tap **settings**, then under **app** tap **help & feedback**.

    Choose **an idea** or **a problem**, write what you want to tell us and tap **send**.

For a problem, you can attach a screenshot. If you're offline, the report waits on your phone and sends when you're back online. If an error message is on screen, tap **tell us** on it and the message is included for you. See [help and feedback](/docs/help/feedback) for the details.

## By email

If you can't sign in, or you'd rather write from your own mail app, email [support@scubazenapp.com](mailto:support@scubazenapp.com) about a problem, or [feedback@scubazenapp.com](mailto:feedback@scubazenapp.com) with an idea. These are the same inboxes the in-app **tell us** sheet sends to.

Include the email address you use for SCUBAzen, your phone model, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
